FAQ: I would like this dress in different colors. Is this possible?
 
Absolutely, please choose your desired dress style and put your color change requests in the special requests box on the ordering page. There is no additional fee for color changes. I am happy to match your wedding palette and always do my best to get a great match for your desired colors. Flower colors are easily changed and matched or coordinated to your desired palette. I will use my best judgment as a designer to make sure I come up with a new dress that will exceed your expectations.

 

 

 

Currently, I have a wide variety of colors available for the bodice and skirt.

The bodice is available in white, ivory, champagne, brown, black, silver, navy, royal blue, turquoise, tiffany blue, hunter, emerald, lime, mint, yellow, pink, hot pink, wine, red, purple and lavender.

Tulle is available in white, ivory, champagne, brown, black, silver, navy, royal blue, turquoise, aqua, light blue, hunter, emerald, lime, mint, golden yellow, yellow, light pink, pink, hot pink, fuchsia, mauve, wine, red, purple, plum, lavender, orange, peach, coral, and more.

FAQ: Why do I need to provide measurements with my order?

Each little girl is created differently, for this reason I prefer to work with measurements to provide the perfect fit. I cannot accept orders that are not exact measurements.

FAQ: How do I measure?

Measurements should be from armpit to where you would like to fall  (knee, ankle, top of the foot, floor, etc) and around the fullest part of the chest.


FAQ: My wedding is not for several months, when should I contact you about my order?

Life is unpredictable. I have 3 children 4 and under and am a submariner wife. I only take as many orders as I am comfortable with at any given time to give my children the attention they need, so may be open sporadically throughout the year. I suggest ordering as early as possible to ensure I can complete your order and have all supplies in stock.


I am worried my girls will grow over the next few months... how should I enter my measurements?

The bodice of the dresses are stretchy and have room to grow. You can always add an inch to the chest size and length if you are worried about the dress being too short as little ones do tend to grow fast in a few months. My dresses also look beautiful tea or knee length, so even a major growth spurt should not drastically change the look of the dress.

FAQ: I see an item is out of stock, can I still order it?

No. If an item is out of stock, I do not have the supplies on hand or it has been retired. When it becomes available again, it will be readded to the in stock items and available for purchase. You cannot preorder, all sales are on a first come first served basis as soon as the item is back in stock.


FAQ: I saw a dress from another designer that I love, can you recreate it?

NO. I take pride in my business, respect other designers and will not copy another designers work. I can create a custom dress for you of my own design in your choice of colors.

FAQ: Do you offer this with a different bodice?

No. At this time my empire waist dresses are available with the soft, stretch bodice pictured only.

FAQ: Do you offer this with different flower options?

YES! can make any of my designs with handmade satin flowers or silk flowers if you prefer the look of real flowers. Contact me with a custom request and I will do my best to get exactly what you are looking for!

FAQ: Are your dresses really that full, or is there something else under there?

All of the dresses on my website are exactly what you can expect to receive. I do not add anything to enhance them for marketing purposes such as add a crinoline underneath to make them appear fuller than they are like many other shops. What you see is what you get! They are just that amazing!

FAQ:I need my dress sooner, but don't want to pay a rush fee, can you make an exception?

No. I am a mother who works from the time my children are asleep until the wee hours of the morning. I work as fast as I can without sacrificing quality, I am always booked very tightly and rushing an order requires me to shuffle my entire schedule or pull an all nighter to meet your deadline. I cannot do this without the appropriate rush fees added to your order.

I am an international customer, how do I order?

All international customers must contact me directly at yoursparklebox@gmail.com. I will only process international orders with a secure payment such as an international money order. Online payments are not accepted.

 FAQ: I placed my order, should I expect to hear from you?

Unless there is a problem with your order, or I have a question about your order, you should not here from me until your dress is ready to ship.

FAQ:What is your return policy?

I hope that you will be happy with your purchase.  If you are not satisfied, please contact me within 48 hours. I will refund your purchase price minus shipping charges upon return of the item in the same condition it was received. All items that are made to order will be refunded minus a 40% restocking fee.  All shipping fees and RUSH fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
